The doctors decided today that our little rockstar needed to go into the open air regular crib. This is the next step in getting to go home, maintaining her body temperature. So far today she is doing well. Wouldn't you know that my again hormonal mind gets going and I start freaking out that someone is going to give my newly exposed baby the swine flu! : ) But seriously, we need to get the car seat ready because as Bill likes to say, this little girl is not interested in being a preemie.
Love ya'll,
Heather

Heather - so glad to hear all the great reports. It sounds like you are able to take one day at a time and that you and Bill are adjusting to each day, by God's grace. I will keep an eye on your blog and David and I will pray for you all, as I am sure our whole ABF class continues to do so, too. Your family is beautiful.

Hi Heather, I am a friend of your momma's in Ohio and am so overjoyed that these teenie ones are doing so well. Overjoyed but not surprised b/c we serve a BIG God! Our small group continues to pray for all the decisions that will have to be made for Ethan! Sounds like teenie Lauren is getting to be a big girl faster than anyone predicted.
ReplyDeleteI know you are going to miss your momma when she leaves...hint: BUY HER A LARGE BOTTLE OF J&J Baby lotion to keep on her desk at school...I did this when our daughter lived in Texas and had our first grand. It really helps the baby blues!
